I’m not gonna lie….this is an upcycle of a playful, illustrated key art frame I worked up for another (anonymous) animation project. There…I said it. Let’s move on….
My mood board presents a vintage coke bottle theme. Along with some illustration style refs, I pulled selects that focused on retro Coca-Cola palettes and ephemera, as well as the care-free messaging style that Coke has employed throughout their advertising history. This surreal scene is viewed at the waterline, with a menagerie of elements floating and flying around. What’s more fun than a Coca-Cola Pirate? A Coca-Cola Octopus Man!!!
