SPRINKLR / PLATFORM VIDEOS

Long story short… we all know that calls or messaging with customer service departments in our private lives can SUCK! Especially when it’s with an (unnamed) cable company in my case…ooof! Hours on the phone and bad hold music nightmares!

That’s why Sprinklr (a leading software company) created their U-CXM platform. The job of U-CXM platform is to “help companies, make their customer’s experiences happier.”

These videos would involve animating illustrated “customer” characters to help tell the “customer experience” narrative, alongside some product interface animations. As in-house CD of Motion Grfx at Hero4Hire, my role was to put together character mood boards, illustrate characters and environment options, as well as oversee the final animation process. The animation dept. at H4H did an awesome job at animating the characters and our client Sprinklr was… well… happy!
